Because every service is individualized according to the needs of the client, and because we accept a variety of insurance provider plans whose reimbursement varies according to each client’s policy, exact cost per case is not known until we have authorized services with the insurance company.
Cost-of-service is straightforward—as indicated below—if you are paying out-of-pocket (or we do not take your insurance).
Please keep in mind that insurance companies do not cover educational testing. If your Comprehensive psychological evaluation requires academic testing, this will be an out-of-pocket expense, even if we accept your insurance. This also applies to Admissions and Gifted assessments. When educational testing is included in services rendered, the client is responsible for payment. Reports are not released until payment has been made in full.

Service charges are:
Consultation (1 hour): $150
Therapy Session (45 minutes): $120
Psychological Screening (2 hrs.): $500
Comprehensive Evaluation (4+ hrs.): $1500
Admissions/Gifted Testing:
pre-k/k (2 hrs.): $500
elementary/high school (4 hrs.): $850

There will be an additional charge for emergency or expedited services.
